Custardy, creamy, and caramelized…it’s a dessert dream made real. We packed EVEN MORE mascarpone into the batter than we usually do for an above-and-beyond indulgence, poured over our all-butter crust and hand-bruléed by a very nice baker with a blowtorch right here in Blaine, Washington.
